For most homes, we use a professional soft washing process that combines low water pressure with appropriate cleaning solutions. The cleaning solution helps loosen and break down organic growth so it can be thoroughly rinsed away without relying on excessive pressure.
This approach is particularly well suited to exterior surfaces such as vinyl siding, Hardie board, stucco, painted surfaces, brick and other materials that can be damaged or marked by aggressive pressure washing.
Why Soft Washing Is Better for Most Home Exteriors
Soft washing takes a different approach. Instead of relying on water pressure to remove stubborn organic growth, we apply an appropriate cleaning solution that helps break down algae, mildew, dirt and other buildup. The exterior can then be thoroughly rinsed using much lower water pressure.
